Tanner: “Who might have been angry with you?” → (no reply); footsteps heard; Tanner reports a closing-in feeling.
Tanner: “Where do you want me to go?” → PS: “Slowly.”
Tanner: “Something is slowly coming toward me?” → PS: “Stalk.”
Tanner: “Who is stalking me?” → PS: “hunting.”
Tanner: “Am I talking to the killer right now?” → PS: “rest.”

Dakota: “Who is responsible for murdering everyone in this house?” → SB: (unintelligible)
Dakota: “Did you say me?” → SB: “Oh yeah.”
Dakota: “Lena, are you still here? We thought we were talking to you earlier.” → SB: “It said that.”
Dakota: “Who are you?” → SB: “He’s gotta.”; SB also: “Wait”, “So we can…”
Dakota: “Who is the male voice I keep hearing? Is this the killer?” → SB: “Come find.”
Dakota: “Do you want me to go upstairs?” → SB: “in the kitchen.”

Dakota: “Are you still in the kitchen or are you somewhere else?” → SB: “room.”

Audio: Movement heard on first floor; no source found.
Dakota: “Why do people capture this door opening and closing?” → SB: “Door.”
Dakota: “Can you open the closet right now?” → SB: “Death.”
Impact: Very loud sound as if running up stairs toward him.
Dakota: “Who just ran up the stairs toward me?” → SB (female voice): “Who could be.”
Dakota: “Can you tell me who you are?” → SB: “offer.” (Dakota notes it sounded like a girl crying.)

Dakota (to upstairs room), through Alex (downstairs SB): “You can come through this device and answer our questions.” → SB: “In house.”
Dakota: “Is the spirit of the killer in the house right now?” → SB: “You.”
Dakota: “Is it true the children hide whenever you show up?” → SB: “it could be. run.”
Tanner: “Are you giving us a warning?” → SB: “Challenge me.”
Dakota: “What do you say to people who think Reverend George Kelly is responsible?” → (long pause; Alex reports hearing something with “Tanner”)
Dakota: “Why did we get the word ‘preacher’ three times tonight?” → SB: “Stop. Don’t ask.”
Chelsea: “What made you commit these crimes?” → SB: “stay there.”
Dakota (clarifies): “Stay up here? Stay in the children’s room?” → SB: “stay and see.”
